Your Mission - You will be part of our passionate and innovative Service Delivery team that is simulating real-world cyber-attack tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP). Responsibilities

  • Participate in performing network and web application penetration testing at scale.
  • Discover newly exploitable systems across our fleet of clients.
  • Mimic tactics and techniques used by real-world adversaries.
  • Perform social engineering tests at scale using the latest techniques and payloads.
  • Work closely with development teams to migrate human-driven penetration testing tasks into automation.
  • Document and report on your techniques and findings.

Qualifications

Minimum:
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Either working towards or already graduated.
  • Active or past participation in Cyber Security competitions, such as the National Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition and National Cyber League.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows and Active Directory.
  • Moderate understanding of the Linux operating system and usage of a command line.
  • Programming experience in a programming language. Ideally, this language should be Python, Golang, or Javascript.
  • Strong written and verbal skills. Applicants should be able to show some form of participation in the cybersecurity community through presentations or online blog articles.
  • Participation in TryHackMe, Hackthebox, or public bug bounty programs. Experience in bug bounty programs with recognized discoveries is highly preferred.
Preferred:
  • Experience with source control platforms through contributions to open-source software. Contributions to offensive cybersecurity tooling are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system and standard command line tooling.
  • Public speaking experience. Preferably on a cybersecurity-centric topic.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps tooling such as Docker, Ansible, Packer, and Terraform.
  • Experience working at an IT Helpdesk for at least 1 year.
  • Previous remote work experience.
