Your Mission:
As a crucial member of our dynamic team, your mission is to drive customer success and satisfaction, while also contributing to building and refining our customer success processes for a seamless and effective customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Champion Customer Success: Be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them to maximize the value of our Offensive Security Platform.
  • Renewals and Expansion: Own the renewal process, identify upsell opportunities, and work to expand client contracts.
  • Customer Review Meetings: Conduct regular review meetings to strengthen relationships and identify improvement areas.
  • Adoption and Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful product adoption and ongoing engagement.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Address client challenges and coordinate solutions across teams.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather insights and relay them to improve our products and services.
  • Cultivate Advocacy: Build strong client relationships to encourage advocacy and referrals.

Qualifications

Minimum:
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for ensuring customer success and exceeding expectations.
  • 1-2 Years of Prior Customer-Facing Role: Experience in engaging and supporting customers in a professional capacity.
  • Effective Communicator: Clear communication of complex ideas in written and verbal interactions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Thrive on finding solutions and navigating challenges.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
  • Experience in Cybersecurity: Prior exposure to the cybersecurity field, understanding of industry concepts, and communication with clients in the domain.
